About this role
Role Overview
Actively participate in the design, development and deployment of automation solutions
Independently manage projects combining RPA and AI
Propose automation use cases and improvements
Ensure the quality, robustness and maintainability of developed solutions
Work closely with a variety of internal profiles and client stakeholders
Design and develop RPA bots to automate business processes
Work with technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform and Precisely
Contribute to the identification, prioritization and qualification of automation opportunities
Implement robust automated workflows
Support clients in adopting tools and increasing their data & AI maturity
Contribute to technology watch and the dissemination of best practices
Requirements
Degree in statistics, data analytics, engineering or equivalent
6 years' experience in automation (RPA), in an agency, consulting firm or in-house
Must not hold a doctorate, PhD, master's or graduate degree; instead should have strong business analysis and project management skills
Consulting: ability to understand business challenges and address them with data
Client relations: confident communicator with pedagogical skills and the ability to simplify analyses for non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset: rigor, curiosity and critical thinking
Autonomy & proactivity: able to make proposals and manage multiple projects in parallel
Interest in accounting and finance appreciated
