Assist the Social Media Manager in brainstorming, developing, and executing social media campaigns for multiple clients.
Help create and maintain content calendars aligned with each client's marketing objectives.
Coordinate content requests and organize creative assets.
Ensure content aligns with each client's brand voice and messaging.
Create engaging social media content, including text, images, graphics, and short-form videos.
Schedule and publish content across major social media platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), other client platforms as needed.
Utilize Canva and other design tools to produce visually appealing content.
Monitor client social media accounts daily.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, mentions, and reposts.
Engage with online communities while maintaining each client's brand voice.
Track social media performance using native platform analytics and social media management tools.
Monitor audience growth, engagement, reach, impressions, and other key performance metrics.
Prepare recurring client reports summarizing campaign performance and insights.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of internship or professional experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or an agency environment preferred.
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and current best practices.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence communicating directly with clients.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred.
Experience using social media management platforms such as: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite.
Experience creating graphics using Canva.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Basic video editing experience using Canva, Google Vids, CapCut, or similar tools.
Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Degree (or current enrollment) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, or a related field preferred.
