Play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for Manheim’s low touch commercial clients
Administer post-sale operations at physical auction locations, MyCentral online auctions, private store sites, and seller payments
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders nationwide, including 74+ auction locations
Serve as a liaison for effective communication between all parties
Involved in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving with clients
Process commercial sales and payments
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of sales balancing, payment approvals, promotional fee posting, and client reports
Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Services division

High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience
Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Problem solving and de-escalation skills required
Strong organizational skills required
Attention to detail required
Basic computer literacy is required
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and basic (data entry, filtering, sorting, etc.) Excel skills preferred
Previous experience as a Commercial Services Specialist strongly preferred
Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
