Role Overview
- Manage outsourced waste service agreements end to end
- Lead procurement and tendering for new services
- Oversee the mobilisation of new contracts and service transitions
- Manage contract variations, resolve operational challenges
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned contracts
- Identify opportunities to improve resource recovery
Requirements
- Strong background in managing complex outsourced services, ideally in waste, logistics, or infrastructure
- Proven experience in high-stakes contract negotiations
- Expertise in procurement processes and drafting service specifications
- Ability to manage contract variations and mobilise new services
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of circular economy principles
