Role Overview
- Creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims
- Training, mentoring, controlling quality, and providing technical assistance on material damage claims
- Reviewing and writing supplemental and original estimates
- Documenting claim activity
- Resolving repair-related concerns
- Maintaining compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Strong material damage expertise
- Estimate writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with repair shops, customers, and internal partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong automotive estimating knowledge
- Solid insurance claims background.
- Additional state adjuster licenses preferred.
