play a critical part in the execution, governance, and continuous enhancement of Fidelity's Executive Compensation and Shareholder programs
leverage your expertise in compensation analysis, program management, executive compensation administration, and cross-functional partnership to support compensation programs across the organization
responsible for analyzing complex compensation data, supporting executive compensation processes and initiatives, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives
supporting executive compensation governance, compliance, and risk management activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years of related work experience, preferably in HR or Compensation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning new tools
Understanding of internal HR tools such as Workday, WIA/WFDL, and Compensation Planner
Experience utilizing external market data and compensation survey sources
Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
High degree of accuracy and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work across a large organization and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials
Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to build relationships and consult with all levels of the organization
Strong program/project management skills
Ability to listen and respond effectively to information, and to give and receive feedback
