Role Overview
- Work within the Corporate CRM Instance of Salesforce
- Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques
- Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy
- Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the product roadmap leveraging OKRs
- Creates the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners
Requirements
- Product Management experience
- Experience with Salesforce Administration. Certifications strongly preferred
- Experience in a high pace work environment
- Ability to be a strong advocate for your user base
- Experience collaborating with cross-product delivery teams
- Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities
- Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working
