Leads the overall strategy, goals, and objectives for MedImpact Digital Products and Services.
Drives initiatives with the product management team through the entire product development lifecycle (from discovery to delivery).
Create a more maneuverable and 'next best action' type of experience for consumers/members.
Works with internal and external partners, gathering their perspectives throughout product roadmap creation and evolution.
Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of new product development, product enhancements, extensions and end-of-life to existing products and services.
Ensures products and services are successful, meet corporate operational excellence criteria and yield revenue.
Leads the research, development, and implementation of Digital Products and Services.
Evaluates new product development opportunities and enhancements.
Requirements
BA/BS Degree
8+ years related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s);
If supervisory responsibilities, at least 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project
Product Management Certification preferred
Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
Previous new product development, product management, and sales/marketing experience in health information technology
Prior pharmacy benefits management, disease management, healthcare or managed care environment experience strongly preferred
Subject matter expertise in product and project lifecycle management methodologies,
Knowledgeable in marketing, including market research, market sizing, targeting, pricing, marketing communications, sales training, and product launch.
Clear track record for achieving goals and deliverables that meet revenue goals.
Knowledge and experience with Agile product and project management methodologies a must.
