Developing and refining patient safety and quality improvement measurement methodologies, predictive models, and performance reporting
Leading complex analyses to identify quality improvement opportunities and emerging patient safety risks; designing and evaluating intervention strategies
Providing analytical consultation to support enterprise priorities; conducting applied research and outcomes measurement
Assessing the value and limitations of data sources and methodologies
Translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations; and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in quality, affordability, patient safety and healthcare outcomes
Serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader supporting innovation, strategy development, and continuous improvement across one or more areas of clinical quality
Requirements
Requires a master's degree in a healthcare-related or quantitative field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare analytics, managed care, population health, patient safety or related healthcare experience
Expertise clinical data strategy is highly preferred
Skilled with translating complex data to clinical team & leadership is preferred
Experienced delivering clear, structured weekly presentations and updates is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: advanced Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau are highly preferred
