Senior Associate Relations Consultant – Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Role Overview

• Serves as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues
• Conducts investigations including managing the witness lists, determining line of questioning, analyzing credibility, and maintaining written records
• Debriefs leaders on findings
• Provides oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints
• Regularly partners with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations
• Develops and provides periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyzes trends

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree
• minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
• Experience conducting complex, high-profile investigations strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of employment law, compliance, and employee relations best practices strongly preferred
• Experience demonstrating an executive presence while interacting with C-Suite executives strongly preferred
• Expertise in crafting and delivering impactful presentations tailored to a C-Suite audience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience executing on change management programs
• Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Fortune/large company experience preferred
