Role Overview
- Lead the definition of the migration scope, simplification strategies, and target-state customer and business experiences.
- Guide product analysis, business rules, and future-state design decisions.
- Serve as the primary quarterback ensuring that operational processes, associate servicing, training, and customer communications support associates and customers throughout the migration journey.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
