Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department and assigned Section/Practice Group(s)
Maintain the team’s experience database
Coordinate and execute responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
Prepare practice development and collateral materials for clients and targets
Assist with internal and external team communications
Assist with events
Develop/prepare customized pitch materials for prospect/client presentations
Support updating the firm’s practice development information

Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
Strong editing and proofreading skills are essential
Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is essential, as is the ability to multi-task and prioritize
