Support testing teams in the technical triage of defects
Manage defects and oversee the quality of fixes delivered by vendors and involved teams
Actively participate in defining technical requirements for projects involving Cash Management products or commercial banking services, together with local and international teams
Manage deliveries from teams and vendors involved, ensuring deadlines are met
Prepare technical design documents in meetings with local and international teams
Provide assistance (level 3 support) in resolving production incidents
Proactively identify and manage risks
Participate in release and change-related activities
Requirements
Critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity are essential skills
Technical knowledge of midrange system infrastructure (midrange – Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, MQ messaging, etc.)
Technical knowledge of API-based solutions
Technical knowledge of container
and cloud-oriented architectures (Kubernetes, Helm)
Experience with Cash Management products is a plus (preferably Matera)
