Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partners
Monitor affiliate campaign performance and analyze key metrics
Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients
Maintain accurate campaign documentation and partner records
Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions
Manage project timelines and deliverables to support campaign launches
Stay current on affiliate marketing trends and emerging partnership opportunities
Deliver a reliable, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients grow
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, account management, or a related field
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies
Experience using analytics platforms and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, Amazon Associates, Everflow, or similar networks
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience supporting partner recruitment, business development initiatives, or publisher outreach efforts
PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification is a plus.
