Technology Manager – Core Banking

Role Overview

• Management of the Core Banking system
• Support of critical services and evolution of the banking platform
• Lead a team
• Manage strategic vendors (including AutBank)
• Support regulatory initiatives
• Ensure the stability of processes related to payments, PIX, TED, investments, and financial integrations

Requirements

• Experience in banks, finance companies, or fintechs
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems
• Knowledge of PIX, TED, SPB, or other payment methods
• Experience supporting critical 24x7 environments
• Team and vendor management experience
• Experience with the AutBank platform
• Experience with Open Finance/Open Banking
• Experience operating in environments regulated by the Central Bank
