Role Overview
- Support Personnel (HR) routines
- Assist with onboarding, vacation management, terminations, and time/attendance control
- Support payroll processing
- Organize and verify employment-related documents for various types of contracts
- Maintain and update departmental controls and spreadsheets
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience handling a high volume of Personnel/HR routines
- Advanced English is considered a plus
- Experience with the Talentia system is a plus
