You will be the go-to person for Human and Organizational Development, connecting leadership, teams and strategy in a hybrid, collaborative working model.
Design, implement and monitor leadership development programs;
Lead performance evaluation cycles and individual development plans (IDPs);
Structure learning paths and internal academies;
Support leadership on organizational climate, engagement and people management;
Work on culture, values and internal communication projects;
Map competencies, succession and career plans;
Measure HOD results using KPIs and management reports.
Requirements
Solid prior experience as a Senior HOD Analyst, HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar;
Proven experience with performance evaluation, IDPs, learning paths and leadership programs;
Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in industry;
Knowledge of competency mapping and succession methodologies;
Fluent English for reading materials and occasional interactions;
Availability for a hybrid work model.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the consumer goods sector;
Previous involvement in culture, climate and engagement projects;
Experience with digital learning tools (LMS) and people analytics;
Certifications in leadership development, coaching, or agile HR methodologies.
