Cardinal Health is a healthcare services and products company, and they are seeking a Senior Global Product Marketing Specialist for their Fluid Management portfolio. The role involves leading core product management activities, collaborating cross-functionally, and executing strategic business objectives to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert for all elements of the global Fluid Management portfolio
- Support product lifecycle management activities for the Fluid Management portfolio, including but not limited to key projects or programs, change development processes, and data management
- Research and understand market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and make recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business, product, and marketing plans
- Work collaboratively among cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, enterprise marketing, enterprise contracting, strategic pricing, customer service, finance, quality, regulatory, legal, inventory, and regional marketing teams
- Develop effective communication methods across all stakeholder teams
- Support and launch commercial tactics such as collateral development and sales/customer communications
- Support and lead portfolio management projects such as labeling, discontinuations, and product data management
- Exhibit strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in related field
- Tenacity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work quickly
- Highly organized and able to multitask without impacting quality of work output
- Strong prioritization skills with agility to reprioritize based on business needs and commitments
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to participate in up to 1 evening call each week
- Experience with SAP, AGILE, and Workfront
- Proficiency with Windows apps including Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom, Adobe, and Salesforce
