The Enterprise Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling video and access solutions through channel partners and managing relationships to drive business growth in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
- Assign yearly targets/quotas for channel partners
- Develop KPIs for partners
- Develop strategies with partners for growth
- Maintain annual quota/forecasts
- Provide product updates, product overviews and demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Work within the territory to identify new opportunities / partners
- Work with partners on channel planning and business strategies to develop market share
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience
- 5 years' experience managing a successful territory with a proven record of success
- Travel 50%+ within New York and New Jersey
- Sound knowledge of the security industry
- Channel Selling Experience
- Marketing experience
- Experience conducting customer presentations and demonstrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce knowledge
- Sales experience in the security industry
- Bachelor's Degree
