Computer Services, Inc (CSI) is one of the nation’s leading fintech companies, looking for an experienced Marketing Manager - Data Analytics to join their marketing team. The role involves analyzing data to drive marketing strategies and collaborating with teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies
- Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics
- Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders
- Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team
Requirements:
- Three to five years previous experience in data analysis or similar data/marketing roles
- BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Marketo Revenue Explorer or similar) is a plus
- Marketing/email automation platform experience
- CRM platform experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
