Professional Insurance Advisors, LLC has been providing clients with tailored insurance solutions since 1985. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to handle daily service needs, manage commercial renewals, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth account handling.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily service needs, including answering the commercial department phone line, endorsements, inspections, audits, payments and certificates of insurance that require endorsements
- Manage small commercial renewals, including underwriting updates, applications, marketing, risk analysis, proposals and binding
- Assist with the management of the large commercial business renewal process by collaborating with the Producer on updating applications, marketing, analysis of coverage, creating proposals and the binding process
- Prepare and process premium finance contracts
- Follow up on commercial claims, update assigned Producers on large account issues and resolve small commercial claims issues per contract
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system ( Hawksoft )
- Collaborate with internal team members and work with virtual assistants to ensure smooth account handling
Requirements:
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Some College/ No Degree
- License: Property & Casualty (FL)
- Management System: Hawksoft
- Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Zoom
