As a Business Systems Analyst, you will translate complex business problems into actionable functional requirements and serve as a technical bridge between commercial operations and internal business applications teams.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Meet with business leaders across Sales and Customer Experience to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging technology
- Functional Specification: Translate identified business needs into detailed technical requirements to be passed to the IBA team for execution
- Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between commercial operations and counterparts in the internal business systems applications department
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines
- Backlog Management: Support the product backlog for enterprise systems by prioritizing features and improvements based on strategic alignment and business value
- System Testing: Lead and execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across Workday and Salesforce systems and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the Salesforce platform to support business processes
- Demonstrated ability to convert vague business needs into scalable, technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to data
- Experience ensuring data accuracy and compliance within enterprise systems
- Background in leading structured testing environments to ensure high-quality system deployments
