Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role with a client in Stamford, CT/Southington, CT. The role involves conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing business processes, and coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure solution clarity and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions to capture functional and non‑functional business needs
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and document improvements through use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRS documents, traceability matrices, and training/user‑guide materials to support solution clarity and adoption
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating solution‑design discussions and ensuring requirement alignment
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by partnering with QA teams, validating requirements, and addressing issues
- Provide post‑implementation support to resolve process or system challenges and ensure smooth transition into steady‑state operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation
- Strong client‑required expertise in capturing and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Proven ability to create BRDs, FRS documents, and traceability matrices while supporting UAT and post‑implementation activities
