Healthcare Operations Data Analyst

UST HealthProof is a trusted partner for health plans, offering an integrated ecosystem for health plan operations. The Healthcare Operations Data Analyst will support the Operational Excellence Program Lead in driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives across BPaaS operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost savings, and process performance
• Assist in root cause analysis and prepare actionable recommendations for process optimization
• Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML)
• Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of improvement projects
• Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
• Familiarity with BPaaS operations or healthcare processes
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
