Product Manager

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, helping clients activate ideas and solutions. The Senior Product Manager will support the strategic discovery, planning, and transition of subscriptions engineering and product management back-end work, focusing on stakeholder engagement and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate routine status reporting
• Document and engage in the discovery, results, recommendations, risks, effort assessment, backlog development
• Create and maintain documentation for stakeholder and leadership progress reviews
• Establish the transition roadmap, organizational Operating Model, governance plan and RACI matrix to ensure organized transition

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, guiding stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and internal collaboration with technical teams
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows, including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization
• Strong communicator comfortable working with executive and technical stakeholders alike
• Comfortable writing user stories, creating test plans, and validating datasets
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira or similar tools
