EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. We’re seeking a curious, experienced product manager to join the team, focusing on our products’ data and analytics, collaborating with various stakeholders to define and launch new product features.
Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, build, launch, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses
- Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners
- Test proposed product strategy against customer needs and market gaps identified through user interviews
- Refine near-term priorities into concrete product requirements based on suggested strategic direction
- Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact
- Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software product management experience (or equivalent transferable experience) with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
- Data analysis skills, including ability to write SQL queries and experience with business intelligence analytics tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions
- Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact
- Experience working with electric utilities or in the greater energy sector
