TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services. They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to support customers with scheduling pest and rodent inspections, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding pest and rodent inspection scheduling
- Place outbound follow‑up calls as needed to confirm or update customer appointments
- Manage a high daily call volume (approximately 80–100 calls per day)
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs and interests
- Explain product features, demonstrate value, and solicit orders from prospective and existing customers
- Provide pricing estimates, credit/contract terms, warranty details, and delivery timelines
- Distribute product samples, catalogs, or related materials to customers when applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of call center experience required
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
- Comfortable with outbound follow‑ups in addition to handling inbound calls
