Responsibilities:
- Coordinate across key parties such as Land Acquisition, Construction, Engineering, and more
- Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process
- Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in land acquisition, development, or related fields
- Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process
- Familiarity with environmental and community research processes
- Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to site acquisition
