Crossing Hurdles is a company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning pipelines and large-scale data systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning pipelines and large scale data systems
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to solve operational challenges
• Analyze and explore internal data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross functional legal and technical teams
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of ML systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum five years of experience designing and maintaining ML pipelines and systems
• Demonstrable experience applying machine learning algorithms to real world problems
• Experience managing large data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
