Machine Learning Engineer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, deploy, and maintain machine learning pipelines and large scale data systems. The role involves applying machine learning techniques to solve operational challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance of ML systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning pipelines and large scale data systems
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to solve operational challenges
• Analyze and explore internal data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross functional legal and technical teams
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of ML systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum five years of experience designing and maintaining ML pipelines and systems
• Demonstrable experience applying machine learning algorithms to real world problems
• Experience managing large data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
