About this role
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IIM Solutions Engineer III for the Blue Iris IQ division to lead the configuration and implementation of complex Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions. This role involves designing and deploying advanced IIM workflows and integrations, leading the full implementation lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy advanced IIM workflows and integrations (SAP, Oracle, APIs)
- Lead full implementation lifecycle: discovery, configuration, testing, deployment
- Provide peer reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support technical escalations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (Kofax)
- Proven success implementing mid-to-high complexity IIM solutions
- Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, enterprise security, and infrastructure
