The Sr Business Development Executive will take ownership of a territory, create and close new enterprise opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in a commission-based role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to develop a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT and business stakeholders to position AspenView as a trusted nearshore technology partner
- Serve as a strategic sales advisor to clients, identifying business needs and aligning AspenView’s solutions accordingly
- Drive client acquisition through AspenView’s structured 7-stage sales methodology
- Collaborate with AspenView’s executive and delivery leadership to close deals and ensure exceptional client onboarding and results
- Represent AspenView at industry events, networking groups, and strategic client meetings
Requirements:
- Proven success selling IT services, digital transformation, or custom software solutions
- A hunter's mindset with a track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise deals
- A consultative approach and executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- A self-starter mentality—you own the client, you own the reward
- Familiarity with nearshore/offshore delivery models is helpful but not required
