Aledade, Inc. is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. The Growth Development Representative I will generate and qualify leads for the sales team, playing a crucial role in expanding Aledade's network by engaging with primary care practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads within the primary care sector
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for Aledade's value-based care model
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns, while maintaining accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system and activity system outreach.io
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
- Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
