Lockheed Martin is seeking a senior-level engineer to design, build, and operate next-generation dynamic authorization platforms. The role involves enabling fine-grained, policy-driven access control across global enterprise applications and leading cross-functional teams while interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle
- Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions
- Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain
- Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers in the development of solutions
- Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in IAM, with at least 2 years focusing on dynamic authorization (XACML, Rego/OPA, policy‑as‑code)
- Understanding of data access requirements and concerns for Lockheed Martin 1LMX Programs
- Proven track record architecting and deploying authorization platforms based on the SGNL product
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and related federation protocols
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, conduct POCs, and deliver large‑scale migrations
- 1LMX program experience
