The client is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Program Manager to support demand and supply alignment for their Systems business, bridging operational execution with customer demand and empowering cross-functional teams to manage revenue risks and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor supply and demand trends, identify gaps in the revenue plan, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations to analyze long lead-time supply constraints, translating findings into clear, actionable storylines for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to manage expectations
- Support order-to-fulfillment activities through close engagement with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain Operations teams
- Maintain and communicate a comprehensive view of demand and supply across the Systems business, ensuring alignment and visibility for key stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and project work to address the priorities of the Global Revenue Operations team
- Assist in the allocation of constrained materials, including detailed analysis at component or sub-assembly levels as needed
- Leverage understanding of demand and customer profiles to collaborate with Sales/Account Management in moving or selling excess inventory
- Assist in quarterly EBO activities for the Systems business
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, capable of evaluating and interpreting complex data sets
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate it as clear, actionable narratives
- Collaboration across diverse teams—including Sales, Account Management, Supply Chain Operations, Product Management, and Engineering
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to ambiguity
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, comfortable working with large and complex datasets
- Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Planning, or a similar analytical capacity
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate cross-functional teams through supply chain and sales programs
- Solid understanding of supply chain and sales cycle dynamics, preferably within the storage or technology hardware sector
- Proven ability to self-manage priorities, plan tactically, and think strategically in a fast-moving setting
- Exceptional analytical skills, able to critically evaluate material forecasts, demand signals, and revenue inputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating data into clear business insights
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
