RPA Business Analyst

Yochana is seeking an RPA Business Analyst with extensive experience in UiPath. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing change while applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, lead UAT and change management

Requirements:

• RPA Business Analyst
• UiPath
• SDD, PDD
• Extensive UiPath RPA Business Analysis Experience
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience, with at least 2+ years working on RPA initiatives using platforms such as UiPath, including strong understanding of the RPA SDLC
• Strong Process Discovery, Documentation & Optimization Skills
• Proven expertise in process discovery and automation assessment, creation of PDDs and SDD collaboration, and ability to apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to transform As‑Is processes into optimized To‑Be automated workflows
• Senior Stakeholder and client Management
• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, lead UAT and change management
