Astir IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Gen AI Engineer with Hedis Experience to accelerate the measure development lifecycle. The role involves leading a team of engineers and proposing automation opportunities using GenAI tools and libraries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to accelerate quality measure development
- Understand the measure development lifecycle and propose opportunities for automation using GenAI along with tools and libraries
- Minimize the number of bugs in the code
- Create a robust testing framework using GenAI
Requirements:
- GenAI, RAG, Prompting techniques, Agentic workflows, Coding Agents, Claude Code, GitHub copilot
- ETL, backend development, Python
- Quality measures - HEDIS, State and custom measures
- Lead a team of engineers to accelerate quality measure development
- Understand the measure development lifecycle and propose opportunities for automation using GenAI along with tools and libraries
- Minimize the number of bugs in the code
- Create a robust testing framework using GenAI
- Full stack experience with .NET
- Oracle Cloud
