Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in their growth. The SDR will engage priority accounts through personalized outreach and data-driven strategies, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-value prospects in live sports, iGaming, and sports betting industries
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute account-based outreach strategies
- Research and personalize outreach to decision-makers across technical, product, and commercial roles
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Apollo, CoPilot, SalesNav) to drive smarter, faster prospecting
- Qualify inbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales funnel
- Create compelling messaging across email, phone, video, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support strategic plays and handoff opportunities
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and enrichment tools, with a focus on quality and speed
- Track KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, account engagement) and optimize continuously
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-level prospecting
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms to accelerate outreach
- Strong communication and writing skills, able to tailor messages to various personas
- Curious, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, Gong, or similar sales tools
- Portuguese is a strong plus
- Interest in streaming, sports tech, or iGaming technology is a plus
