Storable is the largest online marketplace in the storage industry, connecting consumers with self-storage facilities. They are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and execute customer acquisition strategies, focusing on maximizing return on marketing investment while driving growth across Paid Media and Affiliate channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own acquisition strategy across Paid Social, Display/Programmatic and Affiliate channels to deliver Marketplace growth and revenue targets
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Display Network, Meta, Programmatic networks (the Trade Desk), and affiliate platforms with a focus on efficiency (ROAS, CPA) and scale
- Develop, monitor, and report performance dashboards to track spend, efficiency, and revenue contribution; provide actionable insights for leadership
- Test and iterate creative, copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve acquisition funnel performance
- Manage affiliate program growth, including publisher recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Finance, and Sales) to align marketing investment with Marketplace supply/demand dynamics
- Forecast and budget channel performance, aligning spend allocation to revenue contribution and YoY growth goals
- Identify and unlock new acquisition opportunities, including emerging channels, ad types, and partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing, preferably in marketplaces, e-commerce, or B2C acquisition roles
- Proven track record managing significant budgets and driving measurable ROI across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROAS-driven budget allocation
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Growth mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
