Vestis Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst WMOS to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the Manhattan Associates WMOS and Active systems. The role involves gathering business requirements, executing SQL queries, and managing system configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Support and enhance Manhattan Associates WMOS and Active systems
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment in Linux environments
- Manage and support SOTI MobiControl for mobile device management
- Troubleshoot and maintain RF guns and printers used in warehouse operations
- Document business processes, workflows, and system specifications
- Provide end-user training and support for new system implementations and upgrades
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Oversee vendor relationships related to technologies, services, and solutions supporting enterprise functions
- Ensure accurate and efficient governance policy development and adherence across systems and processes
- Maintain good standing and completion on all compliance related matters (i.e., assigned mandatory trainings, actions required from audits, corporate policies, etc.)
- Perform all additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Manhattan Associates WMOS (2017 / 2020) and Active platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data manipulation and reporting
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools
- Experience with SOTI for mobile device management
- Familiarity with RF guns and printers in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Communications Tools, etc.)
- Willingness to seek out and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance from others
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs
- Be legally able to work in the United States: U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident
- Valid U.S. drivers license preferred (for rental cars when applicable)
