AI/ML Engineer

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist / Data Analyst. The role involves designing and deploying machine learning models, conducting analyses to identify trends, and mentoring junior data scientists.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems
• Extract, clean, and preprocess large, unstructured datasets from various internal and external sources
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify hidden trends, anomalies, and patterns that drive strategic decision-making
• Build, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP)
• Perform and lead analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop data scientists / analysts. Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Development, or a closely related field
• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex, ambiguous problems and translate insights into actionable engineering solutions
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development
• Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI
