Project Manager

Trimble Inc. is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the way work gets done. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects in the Transportation & Logistics segment, focusing on enterprise-level software implementations that enhance customer operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise-level software implementations, upgrades, and migrations for our customers
• Spearhead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from Statements of Work, developing plans and managing budgets to coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage project dependencies, and devise contingency plans to ensure successful project completion
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project and beyond

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines in a high-pressure environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and elicit cooperation from diverse teams and stakeholders
• Team player - strong initiative, independent thinker, driven to succeed, high energy with a commitment to work and follow-through
• Technical competency with Google Product Suite, Salesforce/Kantata and Smartsheet
• PMP certification
• Experience with Salesforce / Kantata
• Experience implementing enterprise-level ERP or accounting systems
• Knowledge of the transportation industry
