Sutherland is a digital transformation company that has been supporting clients for over 35 years. They are seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives to assist a public utility client, providing 24/7 support while working with advanced technologies and a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Support one of our public utility clients while working with leading technologies and systems
- Provide customer service and assistance to customers of the public utility
- Work various shifts and be available at least one weekend day
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full time availability
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experienced in customer service with strong multi-tasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
