Joulé is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and solution design initiatives across complex business and technology projects. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define business processes, develop functional specifications, and support solution implementation and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including scope, costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Define business processes, application flows, system relationships, and functional specifications
- Develop business and system use cases to support solution design and implementation
- Analyze complex business problems, assess risks and impacts, and recommend practical solutions
- Collaborate with Scrum Master to track sprint progress and monitor delivery against planned user stories
- Support acceptance testing, validate deliverables, and resolve functional issues during post-production cutover
- Generate and analyze consolidated reports using Office 365 tools, including advanced Excel
- Provide user training, contribute to user guides, and support development of new work processes
- Interface directly with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics sectors to manage expectations and deliver solutions
- Provide guidance and oversight to peer and junior analysts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech, or BCA)
- Experience performing in a Senior Business Analyst capacity within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to create BRDs, functional specifications, and use cases independently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel reporting
- Experience supporting Agile environments and sprint tracking
- Prior experience working with clients in Retail, CPG, or Logistics industries
- Understanding of SDLC processes, basic software security principles, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate risks and assess business impact
- Attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups effectively
- Master's degree (M.Tech or MCA)
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school
