BayOne Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to manage incentive compensation for their global sales organization. The role involves collaborating with Sales Operations, streamlining commission processes, and maintaining internal controls while providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate calculation and payment of incentive compensation for our global sales organization
- Work closely with Sales Operations to process compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes
- Provide ad hoc support on various commission inquiries, reporting needs, and issue resolution
- Help streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end commission processes
- Partner with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy worldwide annual compensation plans
- Help develop and improve documentation, and support strong internal controls
- Work with internal/external auditors on an ongoing basis to support management's control evaluations and external audit procedures
- Provide world-class customer service to our Sales organization and internal customers
- Build and maintain business partnerships with the Sales organization as well as Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
Requirements:
- 4+ years sales compensation administration/accounting/finance experience, BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Previous work experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and work in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to support and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft office skills (emphasis on advanced Excel skills and Power Point)

- Experience with Salesforce and Xactly Incent or a similar application preferred
- Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and process changes
