Project Manager

ECCO Select is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead Paragon system implementations and upgrades within a healthcare IT environment. This role will drive full lifecycle deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise EMR upgrade initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Paragon implementations and upgrade projects
• Manage project scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical stakeholders, PMO, technical teams, and client leadership
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, configuration, testing, and validation
• Manage multi-environment coordination (development, test, production, training)
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues
• Provide structured status reporting and executive-level updates
• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare client engagements
• Ensure proper documentation, training coordination, and post-go-live support

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments
• Direct experience leading Paragon implementations and/or upgrades
• Strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems and enterprise application deployment
• Experience managing integrations, data migration, and upgrade cycles
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet
• Experience running structured implementation cycles using Waterfall methodology
• Strong communication skills with ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be current on required vaccinations and willing to comply with healthcare policies
• Limited time off during contract term (short planned time off acceptable with notice)
• Experience working internally at Allscripts or Altera Health (not client-side only)
• PMP certification or formal PM credentials
• Experience managing multiple concurrent healthcare clients
