IDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Finance/OTC/Revenue Operations) to join one of their top clients for an exciting remote opportunity. This role focuses on bridging business process design and technical solution development in financial operations, particularly within Order-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition processes.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a bridge between business process design and technical solution development in financial operations
- Collaborates with Business and Technical Product Managers, Solution Designers, and Architects to gather requirements and translate them into system workflows and technical specifications
- Supports UAT, change management, and training efforts to ensure successful solution deployment
- Focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Revenue Recognition processes to align system functionality with business objectives
- Works across teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance of financial systems, including ERP platforms like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs and solution design documents
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Revenue Recognition processes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including BPMs, TPMs, BSDs, and Architects
- Experience with UAT preparation, including test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with finance/accounting systems, tax integrations, and ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Workday
