Latitude Inc is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to design, implement, and support modern cloud and hybrid IT environments. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, and client-facing infrastructure support, requiring strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Tier II/III escalation resource for client environments across multiple industries
- Design, deploy, and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune & Endpoint Manager
- Manage tenant migrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
- Implement security and compliance features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP
- Deploy and manage Azure resources including VMs, networking, storage, and identity
- Design and support hybrid environments using Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Assist with Azure cost optimization and best practices
- Lead or support infrastructure and cloud migration projects
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions on time and within scope
- Implement and maintain security standards and patch management
- Conduct vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Support compliance frameworks and security audits when required
- Provide excellent client communication and technical guidance
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
