One Inc is a company that provides insurers with a seamless digital payments experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations from initiation to completion, ensuring project outcomes align with customer expectations and driving project success through effective coordination and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong trustful relationships with prospects, customers, and implementation partners
- Build realistic implementation estimates
- Assist with implementation proposal, creation, and delivery
- Travel to the customer site or to sales prospects as needed
- Mentor the customer and our partners in One Inc implementation methodologies
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Oversees the execution all aspects of the project implementation, which may include: project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Set and stick to realistic expectations to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Measure project performance and project status using appropriate tools and techniques
- Effectively report and escalate issues to management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States
Requirements:
- Extensive project management experience implementing InsurTech SaaS solutions, primarily in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space
- Strong business acumen in the insurance space
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including ability to build relationships and interact with ‘C' level individuals
- Skilled at identifying project interdependencies and complexities, and mobilizing appropriate resources to maximize productivity, manage risk, and minimize variance during execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings that include a diverse group of individuals
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to maintain a humble persona while always being truthful and positive
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is preferred
- At least five years' experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise Packaged Software
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States
- Insurance Industry experience a plus
- Agile SCRUM methodology experience
- Background in Insurance Software
- Experience with a top tier consulting company
