Responsibilities:
- Own market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings
- Shape category narrative, enabling revenue growth, and positioning Anchorage Digital as the trusted institutional partner for stablecoin infrastructure
- Drive positioning and GTM strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking products, translating complex infrastructure into clear institutional value
- Build scalable messaging, enablement, and competitive frameworks that equip teams to consistently articulate differentiation and win in market
- Lead Stablecoin marketing strategy and execution across functions delivering revenue impact
- Manage ambiguity and competing priorities across launches, partnerships, and deals while aligning customer needs and business outcomes
- Collaborate across business line leads, product and sales teams to build product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into platform strategy
- Deliver market-facing materials grounded in deep understanding of stablecoin products, Anchorage’s institutional positioning, and regulatory posture
- Listen to customers, sales, and market signals to surface insights that shape stablecoin strategy, messaging, and roadmap

Requirements:
